What is the CHS?
The Cotati Historical Society is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, founded in 2007, with the mission to preserve Cotati history through the acquisition and preservation of artifacts, photos, archives, and other historical materials.
Our secondary aim is to provide a permanent resource for visitors and researchers interested in Cotati’s past, and thereby providing public information regarding our unique community.
Our third priority is community outreach—in other words, to support Cotati-based cultural activities and events, as well as to maintain reciprocal relations with other historical entities.
Museum Location and Hours
The museum is located in the west end of Cotati City Hall (201 West Sierra Avenue).
It is open to the public on Saturdays, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Walking Tours
